Our names are Melissa, Rohan and Lleyton,

We love living here, it is our little piece of paradise, well hidden away from the busy hustle and bustle.

Whilst you are here you could enjoy a breakfast out on the front deck, as the sun warms those early morning bones and watch the birds as they go about their daily duties.

As the sea breeze begins to strengthen, retire to the rear of the house, a well protected area away from the wind, westerly facing and waiting for you to sit by the pool and bask in the sun.

We have tables and chairs situated around the decking, so grab a book and sit back and relax, or just admire the view whilst you sip on a chardy or a cup of tea or 2.

Enjoy the serenity, and we know that you will leave here feeling rejuvenated and totally rested. Our home is situated on 7.5 acres.

We have panoramic rural views of the market gardens, from Mt Martha, Arthur’s Seat across to Cape Schanck.

'Melroh's' is located in the rural heartland of Boneo, 90 minutes from Melbourne, boasting beautiful rural views from Arthurs Seats across to Cape Schanck National Park.

It’s located opposite Boneo Maze Wetlands and around the corner from Gunnamatta Back Beach, Gunnamatta Horse Trials and the Peninsula Hot Springs.
