The Mornington Peninsula  is recognised as the crucible of Pinot Gris in Australia. This is due in no small part to talented winemakers like Kathleen Quealy.

Dubbed "the Queen of Pinot Grigio" by James Halliday, in 2016 Kathleen Quealy was the first woman to be named as a Legend Of The Vine.
