Now here are some suggestions for you to enjoy Truffle Gin at home!
It is best served neat, but here are just a few cool ideas…
Truffle Gin Martini
60ml Truffle Gin
15ml Castagna Vermouth
Fresh Thyme Sprigs
Combine Truffle Gin and the vermouth in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
Serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish with fresh thyme
Truffle Gin and Tonic
45ml Truffle Gin
Tonic (Preferably Fever Tree Indian or Strange Love Tonic No. 8)
Garnished with a sprig of rosemary and lemon zest. Or with an olive and thyme.
Truffle Gin Aviation
50ml Truffle Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Maraschino
15ml Creme de Violettes.
Garnish with fresh thyme
Mix all ingredients together in an old-fashioned champagne glass.
