Truffle Gin Cocktails – A must try!

Visit Bass and Flinders Distillery to taste their standalone Truffle Gin, crafted to accentuate the earthy characteristics of fresh local Australian Black Perigord Truffles. These have sourced from some of our local Red Hill farms and the distillery’s finest hand-crafted eau de vie, a grape based spirit produced in-house by distillation of Victorian wine which gives this gin its smooth texture.

This seasonal offering from the distillery is only available until stocks last either from the cellar door in Red Hill or the distillery’s website. While you’re checking them out, book in to celebrate this year’s Truffle Gin release with a fabulous truffle hunt, be quick though!

Now here are some suggestions for you to enjoy Truffle Gin at home!
