And then there were two for two...

And then there were two for two...

A big congratulations to our talented Mornington Peninsula restaurants who received several awards at the 2020 Good Food Guide Awards last night. Seasoned favourites who continue to deliver a high calibre foodie experiences as well as new upcoming dining experiences are reflective of the region and it’s continual achievements.

Outstanding mentions to our two restaurants receiving 2 Chefs Hats, Laura at Pt Leo Estate (Pt Leo), for their second year running and Paringa Estate (Red Hill South).

Cape at RACV Cape Schanck Resort (Cape Schanck) and Rare Hare at Jackalope (Merricks North) have this year joined the ranks of seasoned Hatted restaurants Doot Doot Doot (Merricks North), Montalto (Red Hill South) and Pt Leo Estate Restaurant (Pt Leo) by receiving one ‘Hat’ each.

"As a regional destination to have such a high standard of dining experience is really a testament to the teams driving so much success.", said Tracey Cooper, Chairman Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism Board. "These awards demonstrate the depth and breadth of the offering in our region which is supported by the amazing locally grown produce. We are thrilled to see them recognised amongst the best in industry."
