Green Olive at Red Hill Winery encourages kids to enjoy and learn from a real working farm. Their Farm Tour allows children to meet farm animals, tour the farm, and learn about where food comes from, all while spending time outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Children can feed the chooks, guinea fowl and ducks, collect the eggs, pat Gracie the Shetland pony and chat with Pisa and Baci, their friendly Maremma sheepdogs. If you have some junior wildlife lovers looking for some fun over the Easter school holidays, Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park's Keepers Club holiday program is the ideal activity. Kids can enjoy environmental activities, animal encounters and native animal care. Interact with cockatoos, reptiles and nocturnal animals that are usually off-limits to the public. Junior Keepers help with feeding animals and animal enrichment activities. For ages 7-14 years. Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.
