The ‘3 Farmers and a Chef’ pop up event series celebrates the fresh Mornington Peninsula flavours in a bespoke seasonal feast. The second event was held on Saturday 30 November 2019, on Pt Leo Estate’s gorgeous wine terrace, overlooking the remarkable Pt Leo Estate Sculpture Park. Three of the region’s farmers and producers collaborated with an amazing award-winning Culinary Director Phil Wood, to produce a carefully curated journey through a hand-picked menu created from fresh and flavoursome Mornington Peninsula Produce.
Award winning chef Phil Wood of Pt Leo Estate created a delicious and delightful dinner, showcasing Angus-Friesian X Limousin beef from Hillock Downs and quality goats cheeses from Main Ridge Dairy, all matched with beautiful Pt Leo Estate wine and refreshing beers from Jetty Road Brewery. The evening included a stroll through the Sculpture Park - an event to remember!
