Every Friday in June between 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm, Nicholas Deligiannis, the Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year, will host a fish-filleting masterclass. In this rare opportunity, expect to get up close and personal with Nicco as he shares tricks of the trade and prepares fresh sashimi for your tasting. But that’s not it, enjoy specially paired sake as well as freshly shucked oysters, and you can even opt-in for caviar service if you want a little something extra.

Each class is limited to just 10 guests, so don’t miss out on this exclusive chance to sample the talents of one of the world's finest young chefs using the freshest ingredients- book your place at Audrey's raw bar today!

Payment is required upon booking. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice if numbers decrease or if you intend to reschedule or cancel the reservation. Failing to give sufficient notice or not showing anything at all will incur a dishonour fee of $25pp. Payment is required to place the reservation and a 2.95% payment processing fee is applied at checkout.
