For the first time, Laura restaurant at Pt. Leo Estate opens its kitchen garden for an intimate private tour with its master gardener, complimented with a snack and beverage sourced from the spring garden itself.

Guests will then enjoy a stunning five-course menu crafted to showcase five new-vintage olive oils from multi award-wining Cape Schanck Olive Estate. Each variety - from the robust bitterness and pepperiness of Frantoio to the delicate fruit of Leccino – is at its absolute peak in September, offering a dining experience found nowhere else.

Paired with the prestige of Laura’s two-hat, Relais & Châteaux dining room and one of Australia’s most celebrated wine lists, this is a rare one-day collaboration not to be missed.
