Peninsula Hot Springs are delighted to introduce their newest experience: Apothecary Workshops.

Hosted monthly, apothecary sessions are held in our enchanting Glasshouse space overlooking our Food Bowl, perfectly combined with Revitalise Bath House bathing.

During a 75-minute workshop beginning at 11am, you will be guided through a session - differing in topic month to month - designed to enrich knowledge drawn from ancient wisdom and promote connectivity in a relaxed and social setting. Create teas, tinctures, tonics, salves, balms, remedies and scrubs while led by an expert facilitator, before creating a product for your at home self-care ritual.

This months theme is Balms & Salves: On the first day of winter, you will learn about the incredible benefits of magnesium for movement, and make a magnesium balm to soothe weary muscles. Combined with bathing in our mineral-rich springs, your body will feel cared for and restored.
