On Sunday August 3rd, Laura heads over the hills to Flinders Truffle Farm to celebrate the magic of truffle season in situ. Celebrating the truffle season, which lasts only a few weeks each year, this intimate experience for a maximum of 20 guests begins with a truffle hunt under the oak trees at Flinders Truffles.
The truffle hunt will be followed by a lunch in the stunning surrounds of Flinders Truffles, featuring Laura's hallmarks of luxury and elegance, with a menu created especially for the day by Culinary Director, Josep Espuga, paired with wines expertly matched by Beverage Director Amy Oliver.
Each ticket includes the truffle hunt, lunch, and your choice of either a full wine pairing, or a driver's pairing.
