You’ve seen our kitchen young guns behind the pass at Morning Sun and Foxeys, slinging pizza and slicing salmon. Now see them having some fun with a one-off menu of their own!
Shanti, Jack and Luke are Foxeys’ new wave of cooking talent, and we could not be more proud of them. These fine young cooking pros bring fresh ideas and energy to our upcoming New Order lunch. Under the guidance of Head Chef Bernard McCarthy, they’ll showcase spring produce – and the hard-won skills the three of them have gained over their years at Foxeys in working to become fully qualified chefs. (Congrats, guys!)
