For the first time, Laura, the two-hatted jewel of Pt. Leo Estate, a proud member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection, will host a one-night-only Burgundy celebration.
This is an evening where wine takes centre-stage. Inspired by her recent travels, Director of Beverages Amy Oliver has curated a selection of vintages from Burgundy’s most esteemed vineyards, each embodying the essence of this legendary region. This exceptional journey through Burgundy’s finest vineyards will unfold alongside a five-course menu crafted by Culinary Director Josep Espuga, inspired by the region’s classic cuisine and the springtime produce of Mornington Peninsula.
This is a celebration of provenance and craft, beneath the glow of Laura by night - an evening of refinement, intimacy, and unforgettable flavour.
