Each evening honours a singular varietal, with just one night dedicated to each from October through December, offering a rare opportunity to indulge in a meticulously curated menu.
This is the Terracotta Dinner Series, an exclusive collection of paired dinners crafted as a singular gustatory experience. Chef Andy gracefully composes each menu to be impeccably paired with distinguished Trofeo Estate Terracotta Wines, drawn from both our treasured Museum and celebrated Estate collections.
On October 11th, we discover the elegant complexity of our handcrafted Chardonnay expressions. The highlight of this evening will be the chance to experience our Rare Museum Collection, the New Release 2024 Estate Chardonnay, and the 2022 Trofeo Estate 'The Chosen Few' Amphora Chardonnay. We are immensely proud that this singular wine was just named one of the Top 6 Chardonnays in the Peninsula. Esteemed critic RRPCoverdale celebrated its "brooding" nose and "beautiful mid-palate texture and drive," noting its remarkable complexity and depth.
Each evening is thoughtfully designed—a four-course menu, paired with four remarkable wines.
