Known for its rare grape-to-glass philosophy, the distillery uses locally-sourced Victorian wine as the base for all its gins, brandies, and liqueurs, creating a collection that’s both distinctive and exceptional. The Distillery Door is an inviting space with rustic charm and modern sophistication. From immersive Gin Masterclasses, where you can create your own bespoke blend, to indulgent Bottomless Brunches, Gin High Tea, and expertly crafted cocktails, it’s a haven for those who love fine spirits and memorable experiences.
