The resident restaurant at the internationally renowned luxury hotel Jackalope, Doot Doot Doot has carved out its very own reputation as a Good Food hatted restaurant for over five years.

Located on the hotel and LL Vineyard property in Merrick's North on the Mornington Peninsula, the fine diner explores the bounty of quality Australian produce alongside a breadth of Asian-influenced flavours.

Never resting on its laurels each season sees Executive Chef Michael Wickham develop an entirely new menu where time honoured techniques meet culinary curiosity; every dish is methodical yet explorative, a tempting tale, twisting and turning, teasing and pleasing, to the very last bite.

Bolstered by a curated wine list, in-house mixologists, and expert floor staff, the restaurant delivers impeccable quality from the moment you're seated.
