If you have ever thought about making your own pasta but just don’t know where to start Georgie Bass is the answer.A couple of hours will see you creating a perfect gnocchi or lasagne. Not a fan of pasta? “Forage in Flinders” classes start on the Flinders foreshore where you will pick wild herbs and edible flowers to include in your dish. Best of all afterwards you can sit down in the Georgie Bass Café and dine with your new friends.

The Green Olive Cooking School is part of their whole farm experience.  Starting with a tour of the garden you will select your own herbs and vegetables to create individually seasoned sausages, pasta fillings or wood fired pizzas.  “Meet The Farmer Meet The Chef” classes will see you joining the farmer for a tour of the paddock prior to joining the chef in the kitchen to prepare your meal.  Enjoy the food you have just made with a glass of Estate grown wine overlooking the olive grove.
