Baking your own bread is delicious and is a great way to reduce single-use plastic.
Experience every step in the process during this hands-on course, culminating in a light lunch.
You will leave with dough ready to take home and bake later and a sourdough starter.
Please bring along a container to take the starter home in and a large mixing bowl to make the dough.
