Spring is finally here, and what better way to celebrate the season that with our carefully curated new menus that embrace the fresh flavours of this season’s harvest.
At Ten Minutes by Tractor, we take immense pride in offering our guests an exceptional culinary experience combined with world-class wines. With the arrival of Spring, we are excited to present our new three-course and five-course Spring menu crafted by our talented chefs to capture the essence of the season's flavours. Highlights of the new menu include Abrolhos scallops, mussel, cauliflower and white chocolate and Moorabool Valley duck with spiced ale, pickled cabbage and bread sauce.
In addition to our award winning wine list, we have three new wine pairings including the 'Classic', 'World of Wine' and 'Icons' pairings featuring local and international producers including Frédéric Savart, JJ Prüm, Yarra Yering and wines from our own Estate.
