Japanese cuisine is arguably one of the best in the world. By taking this class you will learn why Japanese food is so much more than just Sushi. Let your new Sensai guide you into making some popular Japanese meals that you can easily make at home without a sushi roller!

Georgie Bass Café and Cookery is all about putting fresh, local and seasonal produce on your plate, that not only looks great but tastes fabulous!

As a committed partner of the Mornington Peninsula Produce program, we incorporate ‘home grown goods’ from our kitchen garden, planter boxes and Flinders farm into the menu seasonally.

To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we run a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class.

We cater for all levels of experience, and welcome private group bookings for friends, special occasions or corporate groups.

Each class runs for approximately 3 hours and is inclusive of meals prepared. Beverages additional.
