Celebrated globally on 21 June, the International Day of Yoga is observed in honour of the ancient practice.
The annual celebration aims to raise global awareness about the benefits of practising yoga, on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. It serves as a reminder of the holistic benefits of yoga, inviting people worldwide to incorporate the practice into their daily lives.
On 21 June each year, yoga devotees and beginners alike are invited to participate in various events taking place across the globe. From large scale gatherings to smaller, more intimate sessions in studios and homes, each activation is a homage to the intention of the day's inception – a day to celebrate the power of unity and collective wellness.
We are observing the International Day of Yoga by celebrating daily movement sessions, available to guests all year round.
