Contact Name: Peninsula Hot Springs

Location

140 Springs Lane
Fingal , 3939 Victoria

October marks a month to observe our senior community, widely celebrated as part of the annual initiative, Victorian Seniors Festival.

Peninsula Hot Springs is delighted to bring you a program of events that invites guests to connect, engage in conversation, and learn about the many benefits that come with regularly bathing in geothermal hot springs, as well as providing a platform for our older society to be celebrated within our own community.

The Program

Lemonade scones at the Amphitheatre Cafe | Throughout October

Throughout October, seniors are invited to enjoy a delicious homemade treat at our Amphitheatre Café. Indulge in freshly baked lemonade scones served with jam and cream for just $7 per serve. A perfect way to relax and recharge during your visit to the springs, this simple pleasure pairs beautifully with the natural surrounds and the warmth of community connection.

Warm Water Exercise 8:30am | each Monday morning in October

Every Monday morning in October, join us for a complimentary 45-minute warm water exercise class in our tranquil Watsu pool. Beginning at 8:30am, these gentle classes are designed to support mobility, strength, and relaxation in a soothing aquatic environment. Led by experienced facilitators, this experience is ideal for seniors looking to combine movement with the benefits of geothermal bathing.

Seniors Body Clay Sessions 12pm | Monday to Friday in October

From Monday to Friday in October at 12 noon, seniors are invited to participate in our nourishing body clay rituals at a special rate of just $10 per person. This fun and interactive experience allows guests to apply natural healing clays to the body, enjoy the benefits for the skin, and share in a sense of playfulness and connection with others in a beautiful natural setting.
