VICTORIA’S ICONIC FILM FESTIVAL RETURNS WITH A SPECTACULAR TWIST!

Peninsula Film Festival, proudly supported by Lexus of Brighton, returns January 9–11 with an Exciting New Line-Up and Venues.

The iconic Peninsula Film Festival is set to dazzle the Mornington Peninsula this summer when it returns for its 15th edition from Friday, January 9 to Sunday, January 11.

This year’s festival promises a refreshed and exciting format, launching with a screening of Melbourne-made Documentary, Pellegrini’s, a short film festival under the Silver Circus Big Top, and a hands on filmmaking workshop held at the region’s newest creative venue — The Broadway (Rosebud).

Saturday night sees the festival’s centerpiece return with an exciting twist, for the first time ever, the event will unfold inside the Silver Circus Big Top, a Spiegel tent-inspired venue bringing elevated picture quality, atmosphere, intimacy and excitement.

The Short Film Festival showcases up to 20 short films from talented local and national filmmakers. Festival-goers can enjoy films, roving performers, food trucks, wine and beer vendors, along with live music.
