LUXE TRUFFLE LUNCH
Just as the winter tides reflect the change of season, so to do the types of ingredients our local producers grow.
Winter is truffle season, and to celebrate, we are offering a series of lunches, showcasing this rare and valuable product from local farm, Red Hill Truffles. On Sunday 25th August, we are closing the series with a seven-course extravaganza.
Join us in Laura at 11.30am, enjoy a cooking demonstration by Culinary Director, Josep Espuga. This will be followed by a bespoke seven-course menu, with all dishes enriched by truffles. The owners of Red Hill Truffle Farm, Jenny & Mike (and their gorgeous hunting dogs) will be in attendance.
