Contact Name: Rahona Valley

Location

Sip n Share is an evening of spoken word, storytelling, poetry and wine.

Join us for evenings of heartfelt conversation, shared moments, and, of course, great wine. Whether you’re a returning guest or joining us for the first time, you’ll find a space where stories flow as freely as the wine. Immerse yourself in the power of words as you sip on your favourite wine and share the experience with fellow storytellers and poetry enthusiasts. Includes feature poet and open mic sessions.

Michael Pardy is the man who understands.

A lifelong lover of language, Michael grew up with a book in his hand, studied literature and linguistics at the University of Melbourne, and has built a career out of weaving words together.

He’s written everything from user manuals and emails to stage plays, novels, comic books, and poetry.

In recent years, Michael has become a well-known figure in Melbourne’s spoken word scene, entertaining crowds in bars across the inner city with his sharp wit and compelling performance style.

He’s currently working on a volume of poetry devoted entirely to golf—yes, golf.

Tickets; $15 prebooked, $20 at the door. Ticket price includes a wine, beer or soft drink.
