WE ARE ABOUT TO LIGHT UP MAX’S RESTAURANT WITH A ONE OF A KIND EXPERIENCE CELEBRATING CHARCUTERIE, FIRE, AND FULL FLAVOURED FEASTING!

Hosted by Max, Chef Michael, Chef Ryan and special guest Peter Booth! We're thrilled to host an exclusive charcuterie masterclass and lazy lunch at Max’s Restaurant, where you’ll learn the art of crafting exceptional cured meats and enjoy a delicious dining experience.

THE LAZY LUNCH – A FIRE-COOKED FEAST 1pm

Immediately after the masterclass we gather at the table for a three course shared lunch, cooked entirely over live fire on our Fenwesco Argentine grill.

• Dry-aged beef flame-seared to perfection

• Smoked rainbow trout kissed with native wood

• Great Ocean Road duck dry-aged and roasted over open fire

Plus abundant winter vegetables, fresh salads and rustic sides made for sharing.

Cost: $350 per person, limited to 12pax.

For those wanting to join us for feasting lunch only option $150pp.
