Chef Poulier joined Sages Cafe in 2025, and most recently led the award-winning Stillwater at Crittenden. He has cooked around the world and worked as private chef for Russell Crowe during the filming of Gladiator.

A five-course, shared-table summer feast celebrating farm-grown produce and locally sourced seafood and beef cooked over wood and flame.

Fresh garden vegetables and locally sourced seafood are served at a shared table, with flavours guided by what’s grown, gathered, and landed each week.
