TRIO EXHIBITION

ENCHANTMENT
— a luminous trio tracing the quiet magic of landscape; soft, expansive, impermanent and gently unbound.
Lander—Se presents ENCHANTMENT — a trio exhibition bringing together the paintings of Sarah Bell and Annie Everingham, and the sculptural works of Emma Cleine.
The artists move through liminal terrain — landscapes not fixed, but felt. There is lightness here. Release. A spaciousness that allows colour to dissolve and reappear.
At first glance, the palette is warm, inviting — hues of blush, mist, pale sky and softened earth. Yet beneath this gentleness sits something deeper: an awareness of transience. Of time passing. Of bodies that move through landscape and eventually return to it.
ENCHANTMENT, in this context, is not spectacle. It is attentiveness — the slow adjustment of the eye to what is near and far, the extraordinary found within the ordinary. Forms within the exhibition hold both presence and potential absence — vessels that suggest containment and release, painted expanses that dissolve at their edges, motifs that appear and fade like memory. Whimsy coexists with mortality. Lightness carries weight.
The softness of ENCHANTMENT is not decorative, it is devotional. It asks for slowness. For attention. For reverence toward what is fleeting.
