Embrace the natural beauty of the Peninsula and the healing powers of water and nature with this two day wellness retreat. We are supported in this retreat by our eco-tourism partner Wild Adventures Melbourne.

THE ITINERARY

Sunday

10.30am Arrival and welcome to Alba and hot springs bathing

11.30am Light lunch served poolside at The Ridge

12.30pm Guided immersive eucalypt forest hike with moments of mindfulness. Includes afternoon tea of local flavours and cheese board served in a tranquil forest setting

4.00pm Arrive back to Alba

4.00pm Free time to enjoy your villa/room, spa treatment (additional cost) or hot springs bathing

7.00pm Dinner at Thyme - two course with beverages

Monday

8.30am Breakfast at Thyme

9.30am Free time to enjoy the hot springs

11.00am Wellness activity in The Hide

12.00pm Retreat finishes, however guests can continue bathing at their leisure. Late checkout for those staying at The Sanctuary or The Keith

12.00pm Enjoy a spa treatment or lunch (additional cost applies)

THE INCLUSIONS

Cost is $695pp including all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine tasting, transfers to and from Ten Minutes by Tractor and access to the hot springs for two days.

*Additional food and beverages will incur extra charges.

Alba is a place of tranquillity and relaxation. All activities are optional. Accommodation is available from $850 per night to stay at The Sanctuary or $160 per night at The Keith.
