This Mother’s Day, treat Mum to a High Tea experience crafted by Chef Zac Poulier.

Formerly of award winning Stillwater at Crittenden, Zac has cooked around the world, including as a private chef for Russell Crowe, and is bringing a standout menu to Sages Cafe.

Enjoy a selection of house made treats, including:

- Smoked salmon bagels and beetroot, goat’s cheese tarts

- Chicken and leek pies, pork and fennel sausage rolls

- Mini churros, Portuguese tarts and vanilla crème brûlée

A mimosa on arrival for Mum, followed by a relaxed stroll around the Sages Cottage Farm lake aand gardens.
