This winter, Crittenden Restaurant welcomes Flinders Truffles for an elevated one-night-only dining experience celebrating the fleeting magic of truffle season.
Head Chef Brunno Melo will present a refined five-course menu showcasing freshly harvested truffles alongside premium ingredients including caviar, spanner crab, marron, Brillat-Savarin, Sher Wagyu full blood sirloin MS9+ and 75% Tanzania chocolate.
Each course will be paired with carefully selected Crittenden wines, chosen to complement the depth and complexity of the truffles while allowing the wines to shine.
Guests will hear from Flinders Truffles owners Jane and Tony Groves, who will share the story of their Flinders farm, while Rollo Crittenden will guide guests through the paired wines and the winemaking behind each selection.
