Arthurs Seat Social Hike (6km) with Walk Mornington Peninsula

Sunday 23 August 2026 | From 9am

Contact

Contact Name: Walk Mornington Peninsula

Location

1100 Truemans Road
Fingal, 3939 Victoria

Join Walk Mornington Peninsula for a relaxed Sunday morning exploring one of the Peninsula’s most beautiful bushland walks.

Our signature 6km loop begins at the stunning Seawinds Gardens, where we’ll wander through beautiful landscaped gardens before joining sections of the iconic Two Bays Walking Track. Along the way you’ll discover towering gums, fern-filled gullies and peaceful bushland, with plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife. The resident kangaroos are often out grazing, so there’s a good chance we’ll be treated to some unforgettable encounters.

This walk includes a few gentle inclines, but they’re very manageable and we’ll take them at our usual relaxed Walk MP pace. In fact, this is a trail we regularly enjoy with our Kids Glow Hikes, so don’t let the distance put you off if you’re building your confidence.

As always, our friendly Walk MP leaders will guide the group, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the journey, meet new people and soak up the incredible beauty of the Mornington Peninsula.

Following the hike, we’ll head to a local café where you’re welcome to join us for coffee, breakfast or a bite to eat. There’s absolutely no pressure to stay, but it’s a wonderful opportunity to relax, get to know your fellow walkers and make the most of a Sunday morning on the Peninsula.
