1. Crittenden Estate

The sustainable processes at Crittenden Estate in Dromana are nothing short of inspiring. They even took out the 2020 BRIT/FIVS International Sustainable Winegrowing Competition! Overall, their commitment to innovative and environmentally conscious winemaking remains eminent. Soil health, recycled water and even bees form part of their sustainable initiatives.

2. Mock Red Hill

Since the certification of their orchard in 1974, Mock Red Hill has led the way as pioneers of the Australian biodynamic movement. From craft apple ciders to sparkling and cloudy juices, their range of biodynamic products is extensive and delicious. There is a strong dedication to environmentally-friendly practices at the fifth-generation family-owned orchard.

3. Kitchen Gardens - Montalto and Polperro Winery

The kitchen garden at Montalto in Red Hill South is one of Victoria’s largest and oldest. As no surprise, it's also bursting with produce grown using organic principles! At just over three acres, the growing areas represent the perfect backdrop for workshops led by produce manager Julie Bennett. These experiences have been designed to educate visitors on sustainable food production.

At Polperro Winery in Red Hill, their certified organic and biodynamic produce farm sets an impressive standard. From the 2.5-acre vegetable farm to the fruit orchard, an abundance of nourishing produce is harvested year-round. This is before it makes its way to the kitchen and dining room plate! 4. Marine Adventures - Moonraker Dolphin Swims and Polperro Dolphin And Seal Swims

Maintaining Australia’s highest level of eco certification since 1998 (‘Advanced Eco Certified’), Moonraker Dolphin Swims in Sorrento remains a leader in sustainable practice and tourism on a national scale.
