Wine just doesn’t get any better than this

Explore Mornington Peninsula wine at cellar doors and restaurants.

Mornington Peninsula wineries are some of the most celebrated in Australia. The region has gained a strong reputation for the cool climate wines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, all with a true sense of place. A number of cellar doors also have restaurants to make for a superb wine and dining experience.

Crittenden Wines

Crittenden is one of the Mornington Peninsula's oldest and most iconic wineries. Family-owned and operated since 1982, Crittenden is known for its exemplary quality cool climate wines that have consistently received awards and accolades worldwide.

The Crittenden Cellar Door provides an innovative way of tasting that enables guests to explore their wide range of wines that are crafted onsite. Knowledgeable staff, quality stemware and seated tastings in comfort enable customers to get a true understanding of the calibre of the family's dedication to their craft.

Described by James Halliday as an outstanding winery regularly producing wines of exemplary quality, Crittenden Estate was yet again awarded Halliday's highest rating of five red stars in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion.

The family have recently taken back the original restaurant site and plan to open The Crittenden Restaurant in late spring 2025, bringing a vibrant and exciting new dining destination to the Peninsula.
