Peninsula Hot Springs. A Cooler Way To Soak This Summer.

When summer turns up the heat, there’s a refreshing way to slow down and reset on the Mornington Peninsula. This season, Peninsula Hot Springs invites guests to experience Cool Moments — a summer program designed to help you enjoy warm-weather wellness without the overwhelm.

Running from 1 January to 31 March 2026, Cool Moments brings a lighter, cooler feel to the iconic hot springs experience. Temperature-lowered pools, misted pathways and shaded lounging areas offer space to linger comfortably, even on the hottest days. It’s a gentle shift that makes time at the springs feel perfectly suited to summer.

Guests are encouraged to explore the Cool Moments Trail at their own pace, moving between chilled pools, natural shade pockets and refreshing hydration stops. These experiences can be enjoyed on their own or woven into a contrast therapy circuit, alternating warm and cool bathing to restore balance and energy.

Across the property, small seasonal touches add to the experience. A new gelati bar serves local gelati, iced matcha and frappes, while cold brew coffee, acai bowls and summer spritzes offer easy ways to cool down between soaks. In the Spa Dreaming Centre, chilled face washers, hydration stations and cooling botanical treatments provide a fresh alternative to traditional spa rituals, while Amphitheatre pools are kept at a crisp 20°C.

Also launching for summer is Summer Salt & Glow, a 75-minute spa treatment combining a salt exfoliation, a soothing massage, and a cooling aloe moisturiser to leave skin calm and refreshed.

Thoughtfully designed for the season, Cool Moments has earned its place as one of the best things to do on the Mornington Peninsula this summer,  an easy, restorative way to embrace the warmer months.
