The Estate is home to three distinctive dining experiences, each celebrating seasonal Mornington Peninsula and Victorian produce through flavour-forward, ever-changing menus. At its pinnacle is Laura, renowned for its luxury fine dining experience and the only two-Chef's-Hat Relais & Châteaux restaurant in Australia. Pt. Leo Restaurant is iconic for its food, spectacular views and warm hospitality, while the relaxed, all-weather Wine Terrace offers casual dining overlooking the Estate.

The Sculpture Park is an ever-evolving 16.5-acre outdoor gallery where internationally acclaimed art, nature and landscape come together on an extraordinary scale. Discover more than 70 original works by celebrated artists including Yayoi Kusama, KAWS, Takashi Murakami, Reko Rennie, Henry Moore, Antony Gormley and Jaume Plensa.

The Halliday 4-star Cellar Door showcases site-expressive wines grown across the Estate's 50-acre vineyard. Open daily with no reservations required, enjoy a curated Wine Tasting with the Cellar Door team, a self-guided wine flight, or drop in for a spontaneous glass overlooking the vineyard, Sculpture Park and coastline. On Saturday evenings, the Cellar Door becomes Vespre - a sophisticated yet relaxed wine bar offering an elevated wine list and tapas.
