Portsea Hotel

The Portsea Hotel is an iconic seaside destination that hosts the best of the peninsula to eat, drink, stay and celebrate, offering sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay and just a 1.5-hour drive from Melbourne. Over summer, the Portsea Summer Series lights up the venue with a line-up of iconic Australian acts, making it the perfect spot for long lunches, sunset drinks and unforgettable nights by the bay.

Portsea Hotel is a go-to Peninsula destination for food and drinks, from early morning coffee to long lunches and relaxed seaside dinners. Portsea General Store is open from 8am, serving specialty coffee and dine-in breakfast.

For lunch and dinner, the menu features pub classics and seafood favourites, best enjoyed in the Longshore Room with beautiful bayside views, or in the renowned beachfront Beer Garden.

One of Portsea’s signature dining experiences is Fatto da Mamma, meaning “Made by Mum”, an open pizza kitchen serving wood-fired pizzas to enjoy in-house or takeaway for the beach.

Settle in for a sunlit afternoon by the bay with a chilled CBCo beer or glass of wine, freshly shucked oysters, and one of the best views on the Peninsula.
