Tar Barrel

Tar Barrel is a well-known local’s corner on the Mornington Peninsula and named so by road builders storing tar barrels during road construction in the area.

Located in the industrial area of Mornington, TAR BARREL has seen Matt Bebe and Andrew Gow reunite to continue producing award-winning craft beers from the venue, and now with the introduction of a distillery onsite have widened the offering to include gin & vodka, with their Australian whiskey (aka Bourbon) set for release in March 2023.

Core and specialty beers are on tap to enjoy alongside local wines and spirits.

November 2022 will see the food offering at the venue expand from their famous wood-fired pizzas as they install an American BBQ Smoker

An experience not to be missed.
