Spring Winery Walk at Red Hill Recreation Reserve

Saturday 14 November 2026 | From 8am

Contact

Contact Name: Mornington Peninsula Wine

Location

184 Arthurs Seat Road
Red Hill South, 3937 Victoria

Winery owners are opening their Cellar Doors and private gates to walk through the beautiful corridors of the Mornington Peninsula, only known to those in the know.

Walking through undulating vineyards and private tracks, you’ll need sturdy shoes and a zest for adventure along this rambling trail. This walk is approximately 10km, and along the way you’ll experience 5 stunning wineries, pouring their new release wines matched to delicious canapes/snacks.

This one is a little different from our other walks with moderate fitness required as there are some quite steep sections and walking through paddocks. This is an all-weather event, so please dress for the day – with a hat, water and good walking shoes/boots.

Group departure times are: 8.00am, 8.45am, 9.30am and 10.15am. The whole walk takes approximately 5 hours.

Our meeting/starting point is the Red Hill Recreation Reserve, and we suggest arriving about 15 minutes before your departure time. From there, we will go to Foxey's Hangout, down McIlroys Road to a beautiful private property where Moorooduc Estate will be pouring tastings, through the paddocks to Polperro, then through Red Hill along Arthurs Seat Road to Eldridge and finally Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill, and back to the Reserve.
