Chef-owners Sarah Cremona and Ryan Spurrell lead the kitchen with a produce-first philosophy, drawing on years of experience and a shared belief in honest cooking and genuine hospitality. Their ever-evolving menu responds to what is at its peak - thoughtful, expressive and guided by the seasons. The wine list mirrors this approach, championing Mornington Peninsula vignerons alongside carefully selected producers from further afield, all chosen for integrity and character.
